Role Overview
The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining security and safety within the school premises.
The role protects students, staff, visitors, and school property while following security procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor school entrances and exits.
- Verify visitor identities and control access to the school.
- Monitor the movement of students, staff, and visitors.
- Conduct regular security patrols around the school premises.
- Report incidents, suspicious activities, and safety concerns immediately.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and security situations.
- Protect school property and ensure a safe environment.
- Follow school security and safety policies and procedures.
- Cooperate with school management and relevant authorities when required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous security experience is required.
- Experience in a school or educational environment is preferred.
- Good communication, discipline, alertness, and professional interaction with students, staff, and visitors are essential.
