Security Officer Credential Screening

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate areas of the retail location.

Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.

Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, receiving areas, employee access points, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Document observations, incidents, and access-related activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
