How This Role Works

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients at the front desk of a commercial real estate location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the building by greeting visitors, verifying authorization as directed, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining visitor and delivery logs.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Monitor front desk communications, cameras, and access control systems as assigned, reporting unusual activity and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and communicate relevant security-related information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
