Security Officer (CCTV Operator)
AccorHotel is looking for a Security Officer (CCTV Operator) to ensure the safety and security of guests and colleagues. The role involves patrolling areas, monitoring CCTV, and responding to security incidents.
Requirements
- Experience in security and guest service
- Ability to monitor CCTV cameras
- Ability to respond to security incidents
- Knowledge of first aid and casualty care
Responsibilities
- Provide consistent, professional, and proactive guest service
- Patrol all areas and buildings to ensure safety and security
- Monitor CCTV cameras and take appropriate actions
- Address and manage the presence of trespassers or unauthorized individuals
- Observe and report any vehicle violations on the property
- Respond promptly to activated fire prevention systems
- Address guest and staff concerns
- Build and maintain strong, effective working relationships with all departments
- Record daily shift activities and provide relevant information to hotel departments for follow-up
- Ensure compliance with all corporate, hotel, and departmental policies and procedures
