Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.

Monitor vehicle and pedestrian entry points, verify authorized access, and maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and delivery records in accordance with community procedures.

Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols of community entrances, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

Communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns to the appropriate personnel and complete required reports.
