Security Officer Armed DCJS Guard Card Required

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and healthcare partners by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with facility personnel and public responders as needed.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols of healthcare buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor access points and support access-control procedures for restricted clinical, administrative, and patient-care areas.

Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrol activities, and other security-related matters in accordance with site policies.
