Role Overview
Al Sarab Hotel is seeking a professional, reliable, and alert Security Officer.
The role is responsible for the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV, hotel premises, and access points, and conduct regular patrols.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies.
- Maintain access and key control and prepare incident reports.
- Assist with fire, safety, and emergency procedures.
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to guests and staff.
Requirements
- Two to five years of security experience, preferably in a three- or four-star hotel.
- A valid SIRA/Security License is required where applicable.
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control, incident reporting, and emergency procedures.
- Good knowledge of fire and life-safety procedures.
- Good spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Word.
- Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional and customer-service-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts.

- Work location is in person in Dubai.
