Position Overview
Ensure the safety and security of hotel guests, employees, and property.
Provide professional, reliable, alert, and customer-oriented security service.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV, hotel premises, and access points and conduct regular patrols.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies.
- Maintain access and key control and prepare incident reports.
- Assist with fire, safety, and emergency procedures.
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to guests and staff.
Experience and License
- 2–5 years of security experience is required, preferably in a 3- or 4-star hotel.
- A valid SIRA or security license is required where applicable.
- Hotel security experience is preferred.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control, incident reporting, and emergency procedures.
- Good knowledge of fire and life-safety procedures.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word.
- Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Work Schedule
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts is required.
Workplace
- Work location is in person at the hotel in Dubai.
