Lead security operations in Dubai as a Security Manager/Supervisor.
The role requires hands-on security management experience in the UAE and a valid or previously held SIRA Manager/Supervisor card.
Requirements
- Valid or previously held SIRA Manager/Supervisor certification is required.
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a Security Manager/Supervisor in the UAE is required.
- Eligibility for UAE Employment Visa Category 2 classification is stated in the source.
- Knowledge of UAE security regulations and compliance standards is required.
- Strong leadership, reporting, and client-liaison skills are required.
- Fluent English is required; Tagalog or Sinhala is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily security operations and staff deployment.
- Ensure SIRA compliance across all sites.
- Liaise with clients as required.
- Manage incident reports and audits.
- Conduct staff training.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person in Dubai.
