- Coordinate with clients, handle escalations, and maintain service quality
- Conduct site audits, risk assessments, and SOP implementation
- Manage documentation (rosters, reports, training, site logs)
Requirements
- Proven experience in security operations management (UAE preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and client handling skills
- SIRA knowledge/required certifications (as applicable)
- Ability to work flexible shifts and handle urgent incidents
