We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to oversee and coordinate our security operations in the Burnaby region. The Operations Manager will ensure effective delivery of security services, maintain client satisfaction, and lead our team of security personnel in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role acts as a critical link between our front-line security teams, clients, and corporate management to uphold service excellence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily security operations including manned guarding, mobile patrols, and CCTV monitoring. Ensure all security services meet client contracts and Armour Security’s quality standards.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing any concerns or service requests promptly. Maintain strong partnerships by understanding client needs and providing tailored security solutions.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of security supervisors and guards. Ensure all staff are trained, equipped, and aware of site-specific procedures. Promote a work environment focused on safety, professionalism, and respect. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching or corrective action as needed.
