Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the condition of buildings, equipment, instruments, and personnel; take corrective actions as necessary.
• Perform regular security walk-throughs of the entire facility grounds.
• Provide janitorial and housekeeping services across all buildings and grounds.
• Assist with seasonal tasks, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Support general facility maintenance and upkeep.
• Handle material distribution and logistics within the facility.
• Operate and maintain equipment and vehicles, including 2 GSA 4-wheel drive vehicles 1 Caterpillar IT12F Integrated Tool Carrier with attachments 2 Bobcat loaders for snow removal (NASA special-use equipment; training and annual safe driving certification required)
