Role Overview
The employer is hiring a Compound Security Guard for a multi-villa residential compound in Al Hazm, Doha.
The guard will safeguard residents and maintain a secure, orderly community environment.
The position is full-time and shift-based.
Responsibilities
- Manage main gate access and verify credentials for residents, visitors, delivery personnel, and maintenance contractors.
- Perform scheduled daily foot patrols across compound grounds, common areas, parking zones, and facility perimeters.
- Monitor CCTV systems, gate barriers, lighting, and safety alarms.
- Ensure visitor parking regulations are followed and emergency access routes remain clear.
- Maintain accurate digital or manual logs for visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
- Assist residents with basic security inquiries politely and professionally.
- Respond quickly and calmly to security alerts, emergencies, or unauthorized entry.
- Report incidents directly to compound management.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Currently residing in Qatar with a valid, transferable QID.
- Available for immediate local sponsorship transfer through the MoL system.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a security guard in a residential compound, gated community, or private facility.
