The Security Engineering Governance & Data Analyst provides data-driven visibility into technology performance, operational health, initiatives, and financial management across SAEP.
The role transforms complex operational and financial data into insights that support decision-making and technology portfolio oversight.
Core responsibilities
- Analyze technology spending, consumption trends, and cost drivers, and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
- Develop executive reports, dashboards, and performance metrics covering operational, financial, and technology outcomes.
- Monitor technology initiatives, including milestones, dependencies, risks, outcomes, and business impact.
- Track portfolio performance, operational health indicators, technology trends, emerging risks, variances, and opportunities.
- Support governance, planning, and reporting activities through analysis and actionable insights.
- Partner with technology, finance, and business stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment.
Qualifications
- At least five years of related work experience.
- An undergraduate degree in a related field, such as Computer Science or Engineering, is required.
- Two years of cybersecurity experience and project management experience are preferred.
- Financial services and technical experience are preferred.
- A graduate degree is preferred.

- Stakeholder management, relationship building, financial acumen, and business judgment.
- Cybersecurity knowledge, technical architecture literacy, technology governance, and risk management.
- Problem solving, process optimization, decision support, strategic thinking, planning, prioritization, and influencing without authority.
