Role Overview
Ensures a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for United Center team members and guests.
The role monitors assigned areas and supports security operations across the United Center campus.
Shift Schedule
- The third shift runs from 11:45 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Security Duties
- Create a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
- Monitor CCTV, door alarms, and alarm systems.
- Operate dispatch communications, respond to guest concerns, and document incidents.
- Enforce facility policies, monitor safety and cleanliness, and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct screenings and patrols using magnetometers and security vehicles.
- Remain active at security posts and during facility walkthroughs.
Required Qualifications
- Must communicate well in writing and verbally and speak, read, and comprehend English.
- Must have basic knowledge of security programs and be able to solve problems in situations with limited standardization.
- Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience is required.
