About the Role
Accenture is seeking an Incident Response Specialist to perform root cause analysis, manage security operations, and resolve L3 incidents. Candidates need at least 4 years of experience in security monitoring and response, with expertise in SIEM solutions and incident response tools.

Responsibilities
- Perform root cause analysis and resolution
- Manage and provide direction to day to day security operations
- Identify, assess, and resolve complex issues/problems within own area of responsibility
- Resolve L3 incidents/ requests
- Create internal procedural standards relating to support role as required
- Interface with technical personnel and other teams as required
- Produce and maintain security incident reports
- Provide device performance metrics as necessary
- Respond to security incidents and provide post incident analysis
- Experience in IR tools & solutions related to detection, investigation and response, analyze security event and provide guidance to team members
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Security Monitoring and Response
- Experience with Microfocus ArcSight SIEM
- Experience in IR tools & solutions related to detection, investigation and response
- Implemented multiple SIEM solutions
- Exploit and detection analysis skills, including the ability to analyse logs for useful information and patterns
- Incident and Problem Management skills
- In depth knowledge on different security and frameworks
- Experience in incident response phases, and knowledge in SOC process and procedure
- Preference would be given to candidates with certifications like GIAC GCIH, GPEN, or similar certificate

- In depth knowledge on different security and frameworks
- Familiar on different security and frameworks
- Candidate must have experience in incident response phases, and knowledge in SOC process and procedure
- Preference would be given to candidates with certifications like GIAC GCIH, GPEN, or similar certificate.
