Role overview

Drive customer success

• Partner with customer executives, CISOs, security leaders, and technical stakeholders to accelerate security transformation.
• Help customers adopt and operationalise Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Purview, Security Copilot, and emerging AI security capabilities.
• Ensure successful delivery of customer engagements, adoption plans, and security outcomes.
• Act as an escalation point for complex customer challenges and critical situations.

Deliver business impact

• Lead execution across a portfolio of enterprise and public sector customers.
• Drive security adoption, consumption growth, customer value realisation, and long-term retention.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, services, support, partners, and customer success teams.
• Use data and operational insights to improve execution and business results.
