Position Overview
Monitor security and safety operations and support compliance across a workplace or facility.
Respond calmly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns.
Security Monitoring
- Monitor CCTV systems, security alarms, access control systems, and control room activities.
- Monitor buildings, facilities, entrances, restricted areas, and other designated locations.
- Identify and report suspicious activity, security incidents, safety hazards, and operational abnormalities.
- Review CCTV footage and other security information for incident investigations.
Incident and Emergency Response
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, accidents, security breaches, and other incidents.
- Coordinate with security personnel, management, maintenance teams, emergency services, and relevant departments.
- Support emergency response, evacuation, first-aid coordination, and incident management.
- Assist with safety briefings, emergency drills, inspections, and compliance activities.
Records and Compliance
- Maintain records of incidents, alarms, visitor movements, safety inspections, and control room activities.
