• We are currently looking for Security Escorts to join our team full-time at the Ministry of Defence Main Building in Westminster.
• In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting secure site operations by ensuring contractors and visitors comply with security requirements while working within a highly sensitive environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the safe and efficient delivery of key projects at a high-profile government location.
• As a Security Cleared Escort - Support Engineer, you will:
• Escort contractors, visitors, and personnel within secure and restricted areas of the site.
• Ensure compliance with all security procedures and report any concerns or breaches promptly.
• Carry out routine operational tasks and site checks as directed.
• Monitor and maintain stock and spare parts levels, including ordering supplies when required.
• Complete a range of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) support activities.
• Coordinate waste management and disposal processes in accordance with site procedures.
• Support the completion of reactive maintenance tasks, including occasional manual handling activities.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with site teams and stakeholders.
• We are looking for:
• Be eligible for and able to obtain and maintain Security Clearance. Due to the nature of the clearance requirements, applicants must be UK citizens.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge where necessary and ensure security protocols are followed.
• Be reliable, professional, and capable of working within strict security procedures.
• Demonstrate a proactive and flexible approach to work.
