The Security Analyst will assist in the management of the physical security for the India campus locations and help promote security and fraud awareness programs. The ideal candidate will also assist the Security Manager in completing the fraud risk assessments for all clients in India and follow through on the actions plans.
As Security Analyst, You Will…
Assist the Security Manager in promoting the strategic security plans as well as regional security initiatives in India.
Assist in conducting client risk assessments and go-live assessments.
Provide support in the implementation of Fraud Prevention Program.
Assist in conducting investigations on security and fraud-related cases.
Maintain compliance with applicable security laws, regulations, internal security policies, procedures and standards across all the India campus locations.
Conduct external security audits and external security risk assessments.
Monitor and assess incidents and events using all available tools and resources.
Conduct accurate data gathering to support the implementation of the Security framework and programs.
Oversee the site security team in the conduct of security engineering and daily activities.
As Security Analyst, You Have…
Post-secondary degree or equivalent is preferred.
Background in security is ideal but not necessary.
Strong sense of security.
Sound judgment and demonstration of situational awareness.
Working knowledge of current industry trends and developments pertaining to security operations such as physical access controls, CCTV, incident response.
Ability to build relationships and work in a team atmosphere.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge on security principles and practices.
Availability for work after normal work hours is required – on-call availability.
