Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary with a strong background in procurement and excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will support daily administrative operations, coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers, and assist in procurement processes to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilitiesadministrative & Secretarial Duties
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- Prepare and draft emails, letters, reports, and internal documents in a professional manner.
- Coordinate between departments (design, production, accounts, installation) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain records, documents, and project files in an organized system.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and visitor coordination professionally.
Procurement Support
- Assist in sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, and comparing prices.
- Coordinate with vendors for material delivery, timelines, and specifications.
- Prepare purchase requests, LPOs, and follow up on approvals.
- Maintain supplier database and procurement records.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store/production team for requirements.
- Support negotiation process to ensure best pricing and quality.
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
