Responsibilities
- Manage and organize correspondence and files related to Human Resources and Legal Affairs
- Access the Najiz platform and track all legal cases and transactions
- Sort, classify, and register cases while updating their data regularly
- Prepare periodic reports related to cases and monitor meeting schedules and legal procedures
- Coordinate with lawyers and relevant parties regarding legal cases and transactions
- Oversee recruitment activities, including receiving job applications and sorting resumes
- Coordinate job interviews and ensure compliance with hiring procedures
- Assist in attracting suitable talents based on the company's needs
- Maintain and organize electronic files and documents securely
- Prepare administrative letters, reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Execute any other tasks assigned by the HR and Legal Manager
