Position Overview
Naji AlDakhil Medical Center is seeking a Secretary, Receptionist, and Patient Coordinator to join its team.
The role combines patient-facing reception, appointment coordination, secretarial work, and daily administrative support.
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic is mandatory, and candidates who are not fluent in Arabic should not apply.
- Fluent spoken and written English is required.
- Previous experience in medical reception, secretarial work, patient coordination, or customer service is required.
- Medical or healthcare experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Candidates should be professional, organized, and well-presented.
- The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients professionally.
- Manage appointments, calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate patient bookings with doctors and departments.
- Explain services and assist in converting inquiries into appointments.
- Perform daily reception and administrative duties.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 4,000–5,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Performance-based incentives may be available.
Workplace
