Responsibilities
- Manage day to day clerical and administrative tasks including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare documents and maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
- Support executives with scheduling meetings, arranging appointments, coordinating travel, and preparing basic reports or presentations
- Assist with company secretarial work such as drafting minutes, maintaining records, and supporting compliance related documentation
- Interact with internal teams and external partners, providing responsive customer service
- Ensure smooth office operations
Requirements
- Strong clerical skills including document preparation, data entry, filing, and record management
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in company secretarial work such as maintaining corporate records and preparing minutes
- Executive administrative assistance capabilities including calendar management and travel coordination
- Customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in an administrative or secretary role preferred
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
