  • This is a full time, on site Secretary role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Secretary will manage daily administrative tasks, including handling phone calls, emails, calendars, meeting scheduling, and correspondence for the office and leadership team. Qualifications

  • Strong clerical skills, including document preparation, record keeping, filing, and data entry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Experience with company secretarial work such as organizing meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and maintaining official records.
  • Proven experience in executive administrative assistance, including calendar management, travel coordination, and supporting senior leadership.
  • Customer service skills with a client centric approach, ideally in real estate, property management, or a related service industry.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and comfort working with digital tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work on site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role; experience in real estate or professional services is an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
