Requirements

  • Female candidate
  • Currently living in Doha or nearby
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to manage schedules, correspondence, and office documentation

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain and organize company documents and records
  • Provide administrative support to management

Pay

  • QAR 3,000.00 QAR 4,500.00 per month
