Role Overview

Compensation
- Salary is up to AED 10,000 per month depending on experience and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and reminders.
- Coordinate tasks across businesses, employees, suppliers, and external parties.
- Follow up on pending matters and deadlines until completion.
- Handle emails, calls, documents, and general administration.
- Assist with meetings, bookings, travel, purchases, and logistics.
- Handle out-of-office errands and business-related requirements when needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and basic business materials.
- Assist with research, sourcing, and quotations.
- Support ongoing projects and new business initiatives.
- Assist with social media and content creation.
- Create basic photos, videos, and social-media content.
