AL INAYAH SHIP CHANDLERS is seeking a professional Receptionist Cum Secretary to support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance to management. The role involves greeting visitors, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling travel arrangements.

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and handle incoming calls professionally
- Manage the reception area and ensure a welcoming environment
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Handle correspondence, emails, and document filing
- Arrange hotel bookings, airline tickets, and travel itineraries for management
- Prepare daily reports, work sheets, and reminders
- Maintain office records and confidential documents
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director and management team
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Secretary, or Administrative Assistant is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
