Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in the UAE is required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are required.
• A professional attitude and attention to detail are required.
• The ability to handle confidential information with discretion is required.
• Immediate availability and current availability in the UAE are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily correspondence, emails, calls, and appointments.
• Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, and official documents.
• Maintain filing and documentation systems.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and management appointments.
• Handle confidential company information professionally.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external parties.
