  • Manage calls, emails, and correspondence for the Buying Department.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required by the department.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and documentation for the department.
  • Assist in procurement-related administrative tasks.
  • Support the department in daily operations and follow-up on pending tasks.
  • Act as a liaison and coordinate with all departments on behalf of the Buying Department.
