Responsibilities
- Manage the Chairman's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and official communications
- Prepare board meeting agendas, minutes, executive reports, and presentation materials
- Act as the primary liaison between the Chairman and senior executives, board members, and external stakeholders
- Oversee office administration including filing, document management, and records maintenance
- Handle confidential matters with professionalism and strict discretion at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive secretarial or senior administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information
