About the Role
Arab Link Travel & Tourism LLC is looking for a Secretary/Administrative Assistant in Dubai to manage office administration, HR support, document management, and basic accounting. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of UAE experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day office administration and ensure efficient office operations
- Maintain and organize company documents, records, and filing systems (both physical and electronic) with accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide HR administrative support, including maintaining employee records and assisting with HR documentation
- Monitor the expiry and coordinate the timely renewal of company licenses, permits, visas, insurance, and other regulatory documents
- Manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors and service providers, and oversee office maintenance
- Handle emails, correspondence, and general administrative documentation
- Provide basic accounting support, including petty cash management, invoice processing, expense tracking, and payment follow ups
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience
- Basic accounting knowledge is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
- Excellent English and able to write good correspondence
