Job Description & Requirements

  • Manage day to day office administration and ensure efficient office operations.
  • Maintain and organize company documents, records, and filing systems (both physical and electronic) with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide HR administrative support, including maintaining employee records and assisting with HR documentation.
  • Monitor the expiry and coordinate the timely renewal of company licenses, permits, visas, insurance, and other regulatory documents.
  • Manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors and service providers, and oversee office maintenance.
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and general administrative documentation.
  • Provide basic accounting support, including petty cash management, invoice processing, expense tracking, and payment follow ups.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.

Compensation

  • Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
