Role Overview
A general trading company in the UAE is hiring a Secretary / Administrative Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and secretarial tasks.
- Answer phone calls and manage emails.
- Organize and maintain company files and documents.
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on invoices.
- Manage store records and inventory.
- Receive and inspect incoming goods.
- Coordinate goods handover to customers or delivery personnel.
- Monitor delivery drivers and sales representatives for timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers.
- Assist with general office operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role is preferred.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
