Role Overview
Decor N More is seeking a Secretary / Admin Assistant with previous experience in a fit-out, interior design, or contracting company.
The role supports daily office administration, secretarial work, coordination, document control, and general office upkeep.
Compensation
- The stated salary is AED 2,500–3,500 per month depending on experience.
- A separate pay statement lists AED 2,500–4,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and secretarial duties.
- Prepare quotations, correspondence, reports, and other company documents.
- Manage emails, phone calls, filing, and office records.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, site teams, and management.
- Assist with document control, purchase requests, invoices, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain organized company files and documents.
- Support management with day-to-day office requirements.
- Maintain office cleanliness and perform basic cleaning duties when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fit-out, interior design, or contracting company is preferred.
