Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads using the company’s advanced CRM system
- Guide clients through the full sales and leasing cycle, from consultation and property viewings to negotiations and successful deal closures
- Promote and market secondary residential and commercial properties across Dubai’s key freehold areas
- Develop in depth knowledge of Dubai’s secondary real estate market, including pricing trends, ROI, rental yields, and investment opportunities
- Advise clients on investment strategies, leasing opportunities, capital appreciation, and long term asset growth
- Source, list, and market resale and commercial properties through major property portals and internal platforms
- Conduct property valuations, viewings, and investment consultations professionally and effectively
- Prepare and execute sales and leasing agreements in compliance with RERA regulations and UAE real estate laws
- Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, contracts, and documentation within the CRM system
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, landlords, tenants, business owners, corporate clients, and co brokers
- Represent Uber Homes Real Estate at networking events, client meetings, property tours, and industry functions
Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven experience in Dubai’s secondary residential or commercial real estate market
- RERA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach
- Solid understanding of secondary market transactions, commercial leasing, and DLD regulations
- Confidence in conducting property valuations, negotiations, viewings, and investment consultations
- Self motivated, organized, target driven, and capable of closing deals independently
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet client and business requirements
