Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage property listings (residential & commercial)
- Identify and connect with potential buyers, sellers, and tenants
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Negotiate deals and close sales/rental transactions
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate brokerage (Dubai experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Knowledge of Dubai property market and areas
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- RERA certification is a plus
