- Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals effectively
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties in the secondary market
- Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Handle DLD procedures and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai's Secondary Market
- Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, and current market trends
- Experience handling DLD procedures and Forms A, B, and F
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with a successful closing record
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred)
- RERA certification (preferred)
