The Role
Lisa Gozlan Jewelry is seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate for its showroom team.
The role supports client purchasing journeys, showroom activities, and an elevated retail experience.
The position reports to the Store Manager.
The role is seasonal and based on-site at the Kitsilano Showroom in Vancouver.
Sales and Client Experience
- Deliver personalized, high-touch client experiences.
- Achieve sales goals, KPIs, and showroom performance targets.
- Cross-sell and upsell jewelry collections and services.
- Handle high-value transactions with accuracy and discretion.
- Develop product knowledge to support product selection, stacking, and styling.
- Resolve customer concerns and promote the Happy Club loyalty program.
Store Operations
- Present merchandise according to brand and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Follow security, cash handling, and loss prevention procedures.
- Assist with daily store operational tasks as requested by management.
- Support opening and closing procedures and keep the showroom customer-ready.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience is required, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Candidates should be reliable, professional, proactive, and client-focused.
- Jewelry passion and enthusiasm for developing product knowledge are required.
- Jewelry knowledge or prior jewelry industry experience is an asset.
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and retail holidays is required.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
Compensation and Growth
- Starting compensation is $19.00 hourly.
- The role includes an employee discount.
