About the Role
Insight 360 HR Compliance & Advisory seeks an SEO Specialist to assist with search engine optimization, website improvements, social media management, and e-commerce administration.

Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing on page and off page SEO activities to improve website rankings
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, images and landing pages
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Support technical SEO improvements and website optimization
- Create, schedule and manage content for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- Manage and update product listings on e commerce platforms
- Support digital marketing initiatives to improve online visibility and brand awareness
- Track and report website traffic, keyword rankings and campaign performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
- Stay up to date with latest SEO trends and algorithm updates
- Follow SEO strategies and guidelines provided by reporting manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing concepts
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console or similar SEO tools
- Basic knowledge of keyword research and website optimization
- Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS is an added advantage
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
