About the Role
Brandshark is seeking a results-driven SEO Manager to lead SEO strategies, improve organic search performance, and manage a team of SEO professionals.
The role covers technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO, along with team management, strategy development, project management, and performance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Manage, mentor, and guide the SEO team through task allocation and performance tracking.
- Conduct keyword research and oversee on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO activities.
- Audit websites for crawling, indexing, site speed, broken links, and duplicate content issues.
- Plan link-building and content optimization strategies.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance using relevant tools.
- Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with content and development teams on SEO best practices.
- Review team deliverables for quality and timely execution.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
