Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **Seamstress / Tailor** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, altering, repairing, and maintaining uniforms, garments, and other fabric materials while ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, alter, and repair uniforms, garments, and other fabric items.
- Measure, cut, sew, and fit garments according to requirements.
- Maintain fabric quality and ensure neat finishing of all tailoring work.
- Repair damaged clothing, linens, and other fabric materials when needed.
- Assist in maintaining an organized sewing and tailoring workspace.
- Collaborate with management to ensure garments meet company standards and presentation requirements.
- Handle sewing machines and tailoring equipment safely and efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Seamstress, Tailor, or similar role.
- Strong sewing, stitching, and garment alteration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and tailoring techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Hospitality or tailoring experience is an advantage.
- **Preferably female candidates with relevant experience.**
