6+ months of experience in sales, customer service, call center, retail sales, hospitality, or another customer-facing environment
Experience making outbound calls to potential clients or customers
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team but also work independently

Previous SDR, BDR, call center, collections, customer service, retail sales, banking, or hospitality experience is a plus.
Compensation:
The budgeted annual base salary for this position is $45,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the rate shown. This role qualifies for additional compensation through a performance-based incentive plan. The On-Target Earnings (OTE), which includes the base rate plus target bonus performance at 100% attainment, is $60,000 annually. Please note that incentive compensation is not guaranteed and is dependent on achieving defined performance metrics.
