- Prospect UAE mid market via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email sequences
- Qualify leads with BANT — no fluff, no unqualified handoffs
- Book meetings for the Founder to close
- Own CRM hygiene in Odoo — every call logged, every stage accurate
- Daily standup with Marketing (hot lead handoffs) + weekly pipeline review with Founder
- Hit monthly targets that scale with your ramp

Role Overview
- As an SDR, you are the tip of the spear.
Responsibilities
- Prospect UAE mid‑market via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email sequences
- Qualify with BANT — no fluff, no unqualified handoffs
- Book meetings for the Founder to close

Ramp & Targets
- M1: SQLs/mo: 3, Meetings: 2, Pipeline: AED 150K, Calls/mo: 1,500
- M2: SQLs/mo: 4, Meetings: 2–3, Pipeline: AED 200K, Calls/mo: 1,750
- M3+: SQLs/mo: 5, Meetings: 3, Pipeline: AED 250K, Calls/mo: 2,000
Qualifications
