Role Overview

  • As an SDR, you are the tip of the spear.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect UAE mid‑market via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email sequences
  • Qualify with BANT — no fluff, no unqualified handoffs
  • Book meetings for the Founder to close
  • Own CRM hygiene in Odoo — every call logged, every stage accurate
  • Daily standup with Marketing (hot lead handoffs) + weekly pipeline review with Founder
  • Hit monthly targets that scale with your ramp

Ramp & Targets

  • M1: SQLs/mo: 3, Meetings: 2, Pipeline: AED 150K, Calls/mo: 1,500
  • M2: SQLs/mo: 4, Meetings: 2–3, Pipeline: AED 200K, Calls/mo: 1,750
  • M3+: SQLs/mo: 5, Meetings: 3, Pipeline: AED 250K, Calls/mo: 2,000

Qualifications

  • Resilient — 'no' 20× before breakfast, still dial the 21st

  • Bilingual (English + Arabic) — strong plus

Compensation

  • Competitive base + aggressive commission
