SDE 3 Devops Engineer

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Own production system reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Design highly available, fault-tolerant, and distributed infrastructure.
• Define observability strategy for monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure provisioning with Infrastructure as Code.
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
• Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
• Improve system design, deployment processes, and operational excellence with engineering teams.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure and own on-call processes.
• Drive security, networking, and infrastructure reliability practices.
• Participate in architecture reviews and document architecture, runbooks, and operational processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering role.
• Proven software development experience using Python, Go, Rust, or JavaScript with strong scripting capabilities.
• Leadership experience is required.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
