- Strong track record of delivering banking applications using Agile methodologies
- Experience managing cross functional teams and stakeholders in regulated environments
- Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) and delivery metrics
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Job Overview

- Acts as a servant leader and Agile coach, enabling high performing teams and ensuring adherence to Scrum practices.
Roles
- Act as a Scrum Master and Agile facilitator for one or more teams.
- Serve as a servant leader, guiding teams on Agile values and principles.
- Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure Scrum framework adherence.
- Partner with Product Owners for backlog prioritization and refinement.
- Act as a bridge between business, technology, and leadership teams.
- Lead Agile transformation and maturity improvement initiatives.
- Manage cross team dependencies and program level coordination.
- Provide visibility into delivery status, risks, and performance metrics.
- Support release planning and roadmap execution.
- Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement culture.
