About the Role
PM Collaboration is hiring a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement. You will coach teams, remove impediments, and collaborate with Product Owners in a SAFe environment.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective)
- Coach teams in applying Scrum and Agile principles
- Identify and remove obstacles affecting team performance
- Collaborate with Product Owner to optimize backlog management
- Foster continuous improvement and Agile maturity
- Produce and analyze Agile metrics (Velocity, Burndown Chart, Lead Time, etc.)
- Support stakeholders in understanding and adopting Agile practices
- Participate in planning activities in a SAFe environment (if applicable)
Requirements
- University degree in computer science, management, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Experience in a SAFe environment (strong asset)
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Bilingual French and English (asset)

About the Position
