We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives in the Retail domain. The role requires 5+ years as a Scrum Master, SAFe certification, and experience managing Agile delivery across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
- Remove impediments and proactively manage delivery risks and dependencies
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and delivery excellence
- Support end to end delivery of digital initiatives across web, mobile applications, and customer facing platforms
- Coordinate sprint execution and release activities across multiple teams
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness and prioritization
- Track and communicate delivery progress, sprint metrics, risks, and dependencies
- Operate effectively within a SAFe Agile framework and support Program Increment (PI) execution
- Act as the primary Agile delivery facilitator between business stakeholders and technology teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master
- Strong experience within the Retail industry
- Proven experience delivering digital transformation initiatives
- Hands on experience managing Agile delivery across web and mobile application platforms
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and delivery best practices
- SAFe Certification (SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent)
- Strong expertise in Jira and Agile reporting dashboards
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, and delivery impediments across multiple teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the delivery of large scale digital transformation initiatives within the Retail domain.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile delivery, experience managing cross functional teams across web and mobile platforms, and the ability to drive execution excellence within a SAFe environment.
- The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, promote Agile best practices, and ensure successful sprint and release execution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- SAFe Certification (Mandatory).
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
