Scrum Master

• Serve as a Servant Leader and coach Agile teams using Scrum/Kanban practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Work effectively in a startup environment, helping teams and stakeholders adopt and embrace Agile practices, often requiring influence, coaching, and practical adaptation of frameworks.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance metrics collection, reporting, and workflow insights.
• Track and analyse Agile delivery metrics such as velocity, cycle time, throughput, and sprint predictability.
• Build and maintain Jira dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and remove team impediments while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering teams to ensure effective backlog management and delivery alignment.

• 5+ years of experience, with minimum 3 years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong experience with Scrum and Agile practices.
• Familiarity with AI tools for workflow automation or analytics.
• Experience in Networking, Aviation, Maritime or Satellite domains is a plus.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira dashboards, reporting, and Agile metrics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM) are a plus.
