Job Purpose
The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach team members on Agile practices, and ensure the development process runs smoothly without impediments.
The role is based in Doha, Qatar and is full time.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Remove blockers that hinder team progress.
- Promote Agile practices across the team.
- Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
- Candidates must be currently residing in Qatar.
Preferred Certifications
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is preferred.
- Professional Scrum Master certification is preferred.
