Score Underwriter

First Horizon is seeking a motivated individual for a Centralized Lending Score Underwriter Position to assist with adding quality loans to our loan portfolio. The role supports the line side with new loan originations. All loan types up to 250M. Business credit cards up 50M -100M and our renewal portfolio management up to 1MM in exposure.

Review all types of credit applications for approval.

Analyze credit and audit renewal files for compliance

Make sure all applications have all needed documentation with determining debt to income ratio and financial stability.

Perform credit and background inquiries.

Prepare pricing summary sheets and rate lock tickets.

Prepare credit approval documentation for approved loans.

Review credit reports and determine validity of future customers

Review and Approve SBA Express and Scored request for approval or decline

Review Secretary of state and Articles of Incorporation to determine ownership and review fraudulent information.
